I Am Scared of Heights

I don't know why I am afraid of heights but can not rememeber a time when I wasn't.  I've tried to get over it but can't.

We I have to fly I never want the window seat.  Just seeing how I am makes my insides go flip flop.

I don't even like standing in a chair.  Somedays is worse than others but it still gets to me no matter what. 

Don't know what to do about it other than make sure I'm not put into positions where I have to look down.

    Heights are funny with me. Being in an airplane or helicopter don't bother me. A little bit, but nit much, on a ladder at my home.



    Now the 30, 40, 50 plus story buildings, anything over 10 stories really. Oh, my I just feel queasy and can't go near a window. AND I can't wait to get OUT!

    sucks the most on the days you have to change out the light bulbs and the batteries on the fire alarms.
