I Couldve Died!!!! :(

I was lying in bed, talking on the phone with my boyfriend, and i looked out of the corner of my eye to find a grandaddy long-leg crawling up my pillow. I jumped up so fast i twisted my ankle. I started to hyperventilate and cry and break out into hives, eventually passing out. im so scared of spiders, even the word makes my skin crawl. THEY ARE THE FACE OF DEATH. I cant look at them, or be near them in anyway. It doesn't even matter how big or small. Spiders will be the death of me one day.
