if anything it's Mitt romney and Gary Johnson and the entire right wing who are in bed with the devil. Jesus said to feed the hungry. The bible among other things saids that a fetus is property and it never says that supporting gays is a sin, only that to lay with another man is an "Abmoniation" in other words you TOO Can be a christian and yet be for gay marriage, IF YOU BELIEVE That those verses are properly translated (I sure don't) jesus said among other things it was easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into heaven and that ON TOP of that to "go and sell everything you need and give it to the poor" if you want to be my follower. It seems if anyone is ironically behaving the LEAST like christ it's the very same people who claim to follow him and pray in the public sphere to be seen as "of men!"

all these displays of public faith and Barack obama is the only one respecting the ten commandments and among other things his view of faith as a private thing is CONSISENT WITH THE BIBLE. The GOP Wants to be seen as OF THE PEOPLE so they make their prayers EXTREMELY public.

if anyone at ALL is VIOLATING the bible it's the republican party which has used Gay marriage and abortion as WEDGE issues to KEEP THE POOR from taking back what is THERE'S.

The killing of the fetus is being treated here the same way as the killing of a cow belonging to somebody else without permission would be, as a wrongful damage to property belonging to another requiring financial restitution as requested by the plantiff and as awarded by the court. If the woman's husband CHOSE to request an award for monetary damages from the court, i.e., to file a CIVIL lawsuit, a judge could levy a fine if the plaintiff prevailed for whatever portion of the money damages requested by the plaintiff he considered fair. If the husband chose to demand NOTHING, there's nothing for a court to decide.

This means that in the eyes of the Christian God, killing a fetus WITHOUT the permission of the owner is at worst, GROUNDS FOR A CIVIL LAWSUIT for monetary damages in a form recognizable to any attorney today.

If the fetus were considered a separate human being, the penalty would have been the same as for killing any other human. See below:

It's the good old Loyal Democrats who have been the most faithful christians all along.
