Dot The I's And Cross The T's

After spending 20yrs paying off a property in Anna Texas, I now find that although I paid the whole note, it does not include the actual house. Yep, you read that right, the house is personal property and you can't sell personal property and I have to get the Witches of North Texas to sign a piece of paper.
This has been an emotional rollercoaster and I want to either blow up the whole property (4acres) or include myself in the explosion!!
I have never been a part of so much horse hocky in my life, so I am telling you, if you purchase property in texas and it has a mobile home, find out what gets paid off when you pay off the note or you too may be held for ransom.
I will never purchase land in Texas again, plus beining here for over 20yrs, I still can't figure what they are bragging about!!!!!!!!!!!!

So what you are saying is that you never read the paperwork before signing? Bad luck that.

No, another Texas Guy, my husband did the deal. He cheated I kicked him out & I had to deal with it. I DID! I made it thru . Oh yeah he ended up with the other woman & became the Town Drunk. 😎

Well, how do you go about getting your house? This is heartbreaking!

So, so sorry for your loss. T_T <-----Those are tears. That is just horrible!
