Tables, Aprons, And Pain

I have always been sensitive to spirits. One of my first memories was in my bedroom when I was very young talking to a ghost of an old grandmotherly woman. There was another ghost in our house that was angry and she told me that she didn't like him, didn't know who he was, and that I didn't need to worry about him because she would keep him away from me.

One day back in May of 2011 my mom and I went to a old bookstore in Franklin TN. This city was the site of one of the bloodiest battles of the civil war. I felt very odd about going in there. Inside I felt like there were areas I shouldn't step. We went up stairs to the front parlor. As we ascended to the second floor, both of us felt a strong sense of impending doom. When we got to the top, I felt drawn to the parlor. In there, all of a sudden, I saw a man standing in the corner next to a table with a bowl, which had bloody rags in it, on it. While looking at this man wearing an apron that was blood splattered, I saw in my mind flashes of a field hospital. I saw where the surgeries took place, where the wounded were laid, when the surgical refuse was thrown, and why this spirit showed me. I got the very clear impression this spirit was so troubled about what he had done that he couldn't move on. After this experience, I inquired if this building had been a field hospital. The owner confirmed that it had been and the surgery was preformed in the upstairs parlor. That night I had vivid dreams of this young surgeon assistant holding men down on the tables while they were being operated on. I also saw the gruesome work being carried out.

This has been my most recent vivid experience.
