Shy Around Women.

Im very shy when it comes down to making contact with women , last night i was out clubbing with my sister and a friend of her , while we were out we ran into some of my sisters work colleagues and stayed with them abit.
One of her colleagues was a small blonde that actually looked really good , she tried to hit on me all night but i couldnt say a word or even move i just found myself in total shutdown.

Its been like this with me for a long time whenever a girl likes me or i like a girl nothing will hapen because im simply too shy to do anything , the only times im not shy is when ive been drinking then i suddenly light up like a christmas tree but seing as i havent had alcohol since i June 2010 and not planning on drinking il have to try and do thing sober which is a total disaster.

Whenever i go out im always so tense always expecting things to go significantly wrong and due to this i cant relax and be confident around women.
I always undervalue myself too i dont think too highly of me when in reality im not the baddest looking dude on the block and i have a good sense of humor , yet i always seem to sell myself short when a girl tries to come on to me , always thinking that shes out of my league.
