lot's of folks who know me, don't know that i am painfully shy.  i do say what i feel, and yet, i am shy about it.  idk how i am that way, i just am.

    iii grew up shy too but one technique i used was to imagine others were shy like me too! so if I was hesitant to speak to them, I iamgined that they were having problems too. I sort of hoped that others probably had my problem and that made me feel better!
