I Am Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired

Really!!!??????

I finally got on some pain meds and have been able to get a restful sleep at night, and I actually was starting to feel better. Starting to feel rested n hopeful. then I caught the flu bug from someone. That someone being my kids. HA HA. But after getting it n being in bed for 4 days I was starting to feel better. Better as in my flu was starting to go away. So I go back to school n start doin my house stuff n then I leave the house n go out and for some reason Im starting to feel sick again. All my hope is slowly going out the window now that im thinking that this flu thing might not go away. These symptoms could just be the new way I feel and that really is just hopeless.....

    hope you start feeling better soon, maybe the flu bug you have is actually a side effect of the new pain meds? i hope not , maybe since you were already kind of drained you will just take longer to bounce back from the flu. get lots of rest and drink plenty of fluids. hang in there! :))

    I'm so sorry you're going through this, but merily is right. Just try and go through these motions, and hopefully it'll come to pass and you'll get back. I hope you feel better real soon. Until then, try not to worry so much and take it easy.
