I Am So Disappointed Right Now
I'm very disappointed in the fact that so many people of my generation (high school) don't realize the worth in simply the life they were given. This is not to say everyone has a fine and easy life, but in my veiw people are still far too ungrateful for the things that they do have. It's unnecessary for teenagers to be so dramatic towards simple problems, and the excuse is commonly "well they're teenagers that's what they do" but the clear fact is teenagers are completely mentally capable of understanding that most of their problems are very minor and they are capable of being grateful for their lives but in many cases they aren't.
It upsets me that teenagers give the whole group a negative image when it's really just the individuals' need to mature that's the only problem.
What needs to be realized is that people have it so much worse off than them, and they still have a whole future full of opportunity in front of them. A 15-16 year old still has time to make the absolute best out of high school, maybe take extra classes, get a job, manage and save up a lot of money because they don't have expenses, and figure things out with themselves internally opposed to making dozens of shallow friendships. I wish priorities were better planned in teenagers, because it would make their lives so much better in the long run, and maybe even help clear the thought of teenagers being hooligans.
More kids need to realize they're in the prime of their lives to actually make the best future possible for themselves.
