I have been separated for a little over ten months from my husband and he says he wants a divorce but hasn’t given me the papers even after I said I would sign them without a fight.........
I don’t want a divorce but I also don’t want a man that doesn’t want me......
Why hasn’t he given me the divorce he says he wants.............???

who know's what's he thinking of? Do you think he need a push? Maybe waiting for something or a sign? Maybe he wish you care? Maybe he only said he wanna let go cause he want attention? Or maybe to feel that you wont give up on him? Or maybe tasting your love by pushing your patience to the limits? Maybe he follow "if you loved someone let it go if he return it's yours if he didnt then it never was" ? Maybe he's afriad to admit a mistake and too afraid he cant fix it? He's waiting your move? Maybe.. Maybe.. Maybe.. Trust me men do that. If he sold you then he would have sent the papers long ago... It's up to you but if you tried to fix it you wont loss anything.. Probably just your pride but if you didn't try maybe you'll regret one day. Just saying.

  i definitly understand what you are saying and trust me i know that this maybe as confusing for him as it is for me but if i do talk to him about this it will not be the first i will have been the third
  and i already sucked it up and swallowed my pride on more then one occassion
  and i am truly hurt by all the rejection right now and i just i dont know.........??

Maybe since you're gone he's had some time to think and is now unsure of what he wants.

  thats what a lot of people have been telling me and some even say that i should bring it up again in conversation but i just dont know if my heart can take being rejected by him a third time right now........ :-/

  Don't bring the actual topic up. Talk about something else and just listen to the tone of his voice. Start slowly. Don't rush into the thing. Feel him out and see what his mood is. He may be the kind of guy that needed to make a grand stand (is he Italian by any chance? lol). There may have been some drama involved.

  lol no he is not Italian he is full blooded Mexican and no offense to my own race but it takes alot for us to swallow our pride and right now i think that is what is holding him back his pride.......
  and he is very very hard to read because when we are around eachother he is nice and sometimes sweet with a level voice tone, but then it looks like he feels hes getting to comfortable and tries to start pushing my buttons..... so can you see how confusing it is to me..... :-/

Well first of all sometimes men say stuff they don't mean it.. Sometimes they regret a mistake but they have the ego not to confess it and they just go back to fix it.. Sometimes they don't even know what they want them selves.. You know men are like big kids..

Second from the way you speak you sound really nice and if your husband didn't fix it.. He lost a gem.. As @RokandRoll said live your life and do new things.. Best of luck.

  thank you very much i really appreciate what you said and i do have a feeling that he is just letting his pride get the best of him and sadly it may cost him his family :-(
