Never A Good Conversation Starter

Title explains it all.  I'm introverted, and don't do well in most social situations unless it's someone I know really well.  I also struggle heavily with new people as well.  I don't need a lot of people around being an introvert, so therefore I don't really do much with anyone anymore, and this doesn't bother me until my parents start bugging me about it.  They've been kind of pushing this mormon singles thing on me but I really don't want to do it because I just don't like being around people much anymore in general, and really have no interest in pursuing a relationship because that aspect of my life is going nowhere.

I can be that way at times but I have found that if you get out and meet some people sometimes your outlook can change and the more you hang out the more you want to be around friends. You just have to start slow though
