Phase 2 Day 12 173.8lbs

I knew that today I was going to weigh alot but WOW! This weekend I was not home to weigh myself and keep track. It was my daughter's birthday and I ate cake, chips and turkey dip and to top it off we made ice-cream. Don't get me wrong, I knew I was eating bad and I knew that there would be consequences but I ask myself, "Why am I so weak?".

Today, I plan to eat apples, no carbs and drink lots of water. I have to get back on track. Next week is Mother's Day and I am letting my family know from now that I am not going out to eat. I am having salads that weekend. My goal is to be 160lbs by the end of May. I have to do this. I am already 1 week in, so I have 3 weeks to do this. I have to dig deep within and find control to lose 13.8lbs in 3 weeks. I know it is possible so here I go.

I am ready.

You didn't even gain a pound and a half! You did GREAT!!!!!! Wish I was in your age category LOL and could eat like that and only gain 1.2 pounds.
