Day 5 And Feeling Good

I've lost 4.6 lbs so far and feel pretty good overall. I do crave sugar at night and really have had to tap into my self control and will power not to grab a chocolate. The weight loss on the scale has kept me going. I just keep telling myself it's only 3 weeks, it's only 3 weeks. I'm glad I found this group for support. My husband is over weight and definitely not a supporter if me. I think he wants me to be fat with him but I refuse to be unhealthy, as I have four children to care for. Please share your stories. Rachel, Hi! I am on Day 9 and down 11lbs. The hardest part for me so far is that I want nothing more at the end of the day than to curl up with a glass of wine and some cheese while I watch Netflix. Breaking this habit has been a struggle for me. If I hadnt paid good money for this plan, I would have quit already.
I'm seeing consistent weight loss on the scale, but my clothes are not fitting any looser yet. Should I worry about that? Are you seeing any inches lost yet?
Keep up the good work. Getting healthy for your kids is a worthwhile struggle. Great Job!

Im sorry your husband does not support you. That makes this diet very hard. As far as sugar cravings perhaps try hypnosis? I crave sugars something aweful but with my hypnosis mp3 I got from amazon I find I dont crave them as much.

How are you doing on it now?
