The Life Changer

Im only sixteen and I will admit that I am typical. I am the self-conscience teen with a bad attitude most of the time. But here's my little secret. Two years ago, I didnt think that I would ever turn sixteen. I thought that I would have offed myself by now. Believe me, there have been some close calls. This year I found a group of people who I really enjoyed being around. It was a school group called SUSO- speak up, speak out. And we were a little bit of every walk of life.
We did everything from fundraisers to mental health committees. Sadly because it was school run, the strike for Canadian teachers affected us and we could no longer meet.
Two years ago I thought I wouldnt be alive. SUSO made a difference.
