A Bisexual Catholic

In a way, I contradict myself, but I know there are other people who contradict themselves more than me.
Just recently, I heard in the news that there is a new archbishop in an archdiocese and he supports Prop 8, "gay marriage should be illegal." And so many people are hating him because of it. Ok, there is something wrong there. Not the archbishop supporting Prop 8, but people hating him for supporting it. He's an archbishop, it's his very being to believe marriage should be between a man and a woman. Don't get me wrong, I believe marriage should be a unity between you and the person you love despite who or what sex they are. Also, it would be awesome if he believes the same way instead of just between a man and a woman, but why protest against him because he is for Prop 8. Again, he's an archbishop meaning he went through so many years believing marriage is between a man and a woman. Really people, it's the ******* catholic church, they are against it no matter what unless a new pope says they will allow same sex marriage to happen in church, but that's so many years from now.
