Still Nauseous

god, the nausea won't go away. well, it comes and goes in waves. but i don't feel like i will actually throw up. i feel like a tightness in my throat, like i'm being strangled, and i feel like i just want to gag, but i'm afraid that if i start, i won't be able to stop. anyone else here go through that? i think i still have a post natal drip or something left over from my sinus infection.  i can feel it sometimes when i swallow, and i'm still blowing my nose every once in a while, but it's clear.  i just hate the nausea. especially when i have to go outside and walk to pick my daughter up. my fear is that i will get sick on the street in front of someone's house.  what could it be?

I suffer acid reflux, with it comes the nausea. The best treatment I have found is called phenergan. Given in small doses you will find that the nausea will disapate.

thanks. its weird though to have a stomach flu with only nausea as a symptom. i've had stomach bugs before that caused slight fever and other unmentionable things, but this is only nausea. it comes and goes, and even woke me up in the middle of the night.

Sounds like you may have a slight case of the stomach flu try eating som crackers and soup usually crackers will help settle your stomach down
