Was Super Morbidly Obese

My names Dennis. Ive been obese pretty much my whole life. Its been a struggle thats kept me from achieving anything in my life. In the last 2 years I finally stopped feeling sorry for my self and started making s**t happen. 2 years ago I had just turned 30 and I was close to 600 pounds. I was sad, unhealthy and thought I was going to die. I looked my 4 year old son in the eye and realized that I couldnt do it anymore. I had to change for my family. My son didnt deserve to grow up without a father. So I made it happen. I figured out a way to lose the weight. I changed my whole life around. Im still on my weight loss journey, but as of today I weigh 320 pounds. Ive lost over 250 pounds. I cant tell you how much this has changed my life. My son has a dad that can get out and play at the park and play sports with him. I go out to dinner with my wife without thinking everybody is looking at me and how much I eat. I'm on my way to the happy life I always wanted and I'm living out my dreams. Now I feel like its time for me to help other people who are going through the same thing I did. Anybody who needs any tips or wants to know the diet plan I've been following can get ahold of me on here or by email and I'll do the best I can to help. Get up and change your life, believe me there is a way. You can be happy, and you deserve to be.

I'm glad you found your happy place.

Could I please interview you for a project I'm doing? It's a really big project, and my project is about changing Americans so they can think of a more healthier lifestyle. America is one of the most unhealthiest nations in the world, and I'd like to bring more awareness into that. Could we communicate through email? I'd like to get your story and tips. If you agree to this, you would count as a mentor, which is MANDATORY!!! I couldn't find your email address...

That's awesome, Dennis! Good to remind people sometimes that even though you accept yourself a little change can be a good thing. Keep working at it!
