you can't die from over dosing on anti-depressents. It just makes you tired. My guess is they were designed that way because they figure we're deppressed so we'll try to take more to make it go away.
I'm been there too and also just want to be happy. Where is the happy go lucky pill?!
Are my meds working, I don't know, the doctor really doesn't know.
Unlike cancer and other illness that they can test, psy they can't test. They just do there best to figure out what is wrong and give you meds for that, if they don't work then you must not have that so they try something else. It's more scientific then that, but that is how my dr put it.

They aren't going to help if you use them to try and kill yourself. Anti-depressants don't work on their own, you need to work with them. It takes time.
