eah, I started like 3 weeks ago so I haven't really experienced any changes in my mood (I think...). However, I have gotten some side effects, I'm sweaty and my mouth is dry 24/7.I know some antidepressants can do a lot of harm to a person, like thoughts of suicide. Many years ago, I was like 10, I saw a show about antidepressants that had cause a few people to kill family members :(

Yes, there is a very small added risk of suicide in the initial stages of treatment. But that is also true of every treatment in the first weeks, including psychotherapy. I doubt that any antidepressant is intrinsically better (or worse) than any other. But 1 or 2 may be for an individual. The hard bit is finding it/them. Ian +2 nods   |

When I started, I had really crappy morning bouts of dizziness, but they went away after the first month or so. And don't worry about suicide because of it, or anything, because I kinda researched it (I'm a little OCD about medication, lol) and it hardly ever happens. So don't worry about it, love!!
