The Evil Trans Fats
You probably heard of this before. It's called Trans Fat. It is known that Trans Fat is much more harder to get rid than any other type of fat. This is serious because this is the fat that will most likely stay in a person for a long time. Unfortunately, there are so many foods that have this type of fat. Think about the hamburgers. Majority of them contain at least a gram of that fat. Some fried stuff got this too. Even some dairy products got this as well.
Be warned that some of the cheap priced items might have this type of fat versus the national brands. This fat seems to be man-made but it can hurt people in the end. Just look at the nutrition facts on the item and you will be surprised the crap that is in the item. So many stuff in a food item. I don't think most people read it because if they do, they will realize the stuff that they are eating. Believe me. Trans Fat can hide in any food.
