Lights Out

Having just retired from a major utility here in Florida i can sure tell you about a lot of unhappy customers when the power is out. We no more would arrive and get out of our trucks when they would descend on us like flies at a picnic. What,s wrong, how long is it going to be, i'm going to lose everything in my refrigerator[no you won't], should we go out to dinner[yes, and leave us alone]. You have a bad transformer, give us two hours to change it out, then your power will be back on. Then you all scurry back into your homes never to be seen again.   Then it's on to the next trouble call. Repeat the same.
