I Was Made The Black Sheep

I grew up the black sheep of the family - not for any reason other than that my mother treated me differently to how she treated the others. A bit like Cinderella but without the happy ending. I dont have a lot to do with them anymore. Unfortunately  thanks to my (often horrible) upbringing I have gone through life still feeling like the black sheep wherever I go (workplace, etc). It's sad how a child's experiences are often repeated throughout life.

Hi Jasmine01, my story is much the same as yours. I had a dreadful childhood which I dare not to even begin to describe, and I always felt like an outcast by the whole family, even though the things that were done to me were not my fault. I feel that if my family despised me less then I might be promoted up to a 'black sheep', I've been treated lower than a black sheep.<br />
