Absence Makes The Heart Grow Fonder?

Thats what they at least... right?
In the past six months during his deployment I've learned about the military world.. What its like to have a marine over seas.. even if he technically isn't mine. I took y'alls advice and didn't push for anything from him. I wrote him everyday, received emails letters and phone calls, and even became friends with his mother... He'll be home soon. I still don't know if that means anything will change. I'll still stand by his side.. the question is.. will he still be by mine? I don't see where anything has changed. We are still friends nothing has been mentioned otherwise.
I"m lost....

Take it how it comes. I know how hard it is to have someone you care about over seas. I was only with my fiance for a month when he was shipped away. Even if nothing comes of it just know that you have done something that many people would not dare to do. You stuck by your friend when he needed it the most. Keep your head up and hope for the best.
