My bf is in MCT right now in North Carolina and it's been really hard but luckily he graduates Feb. 4th :) It was really hard for me at first not being with him, but I sleep with his shirt, I have a pile of things that reminds me of him by my bed, I read our old text messages almost every day, I have a countdown until I get to see him for graduation, I was so surprised when I got two letters about a week ago, and I read the letters all of the time, and the past two weekends he's passed a test that's allowed him to call me for 30 mins on Sunday. I look forward to his calls every Sunday and once I knew that he was able to call on Sundays, instead of looking at it like he still has 25 days, I broke it into weeks and thought of it like okay its wednesday, that means I have 4 more days until he calls me again. I just found this website and I found it helpful knowing that theres thousands of girls going through the exact same thing. If he's able to call you or write you, cherish it, even if it means being weird like me and reading his letter every night over and over. If he can call you, even if it is for only 15 minutes, it's amazing to jut hear his voice and gives you hope, and makes you even more excited to see him again. You can do it! Be strong for him because he's being tested physically and emotionally in a way that he never has before. Hope this helps :)
