Ugh Facetime Is Frustratin

So last night I asked Ryan if he could face time with me an of course he doesn't text me to say yes he just did it. Well my phone missed it cause I was not connect to Internet with my phone then my friends connects me to hers and I call him back for it and he has Internet issues. I seriously am trying to figure out how the hell we can FaceTime with out my phone connected to Internet but can't see to figure it out.. Does anyone who has an iPhone know how I can FaceTime with my man with out being connected to Internet???

    There's a app called Tango, you can download it for free from the apple store. Its voice, video and text anywhere in the world but both of you have to have the app not just one person and you dont need wifi just a regular internet on your phone. You might want to try it. That is what my fiance and I use when his traveling all over the world. Hope this help =)
