Update

Sooo as many of you know i just got here in cali like 3 months ago and after heading back home to jersey for two weeks i started my job search maybe like a month ago...well its been pretty slim but today ben said we are dirt poor and i reall really need to get a job so after cryin like a baby scared and having an upset stomach that were poor!! i got in the shower did my hair and make up got professionally dressed (black pants nice blouse and heels) and went to the marine family services office on base here... wow did they help alot at first they were kinda like o you gotta make an appointment and we dont have an opening til the 29th yada yada yada then they said there was a seminar for marine spouses and people hiring so i marched my butt down there with the career advisor and sat down next to the only other spouse in the room (nice older lady, pretty mid 40s,,,shes been married to her marine for like 20 years!) any way i learned alot about onbase jobs after like 6 months of workin there they pay for my tuition to an onbase college yada yada yada. then they helped me redo my resume so it was more professional than just a organized list of things ive done...so i feel progress happening!! i also got an email back from someone needing a monday thru friday 8am to 5pm nanny which would be perfect but they dont pay tuition so if i can land onbase that would rock plus its starting 12$ per hr!  anyway thats my day just thought id update ya
