It Doesn't Feel Good

I am so tired of being abused. I know that life will never be perfect and that there will always be the odd 'situation' but I find tthat people vent, blast their unhappiness, or let fly with their tempers a lot! I guess its my fault really. I must on some level either tolerate it or give the message that I will allow it. I need to figure it out so I can change it becaouse I am really very tired of it.
