I Am Really Fat

I have always been the chunky kid growing up and when I was 20 I topped the scales at 215 pounds.  I am now 30 and top the scales at 335 I have energy but don't have the strenght or the will power to get out and move.  I have been seeing this guy for about 5 years.  when I met him I weighed 240.  after being with him for 6 months I gained a whopping 50 pounds putting me at 290.  we broke up for 9 months and in that time period I lost 30 pounds.  I don't know what I did different.  then we got back together and with in 2 months I was up to 324.  I have gotten to the point that I only eat 1 cup of oatmeal in the morning and drink tea, coffee, gatoraid, poweraid, water and the occasional soda but have severe heart burn everyday so I am always popping tums.  I am a fraid to eat anything else because I am afraid of the rapid weight gain.  I have been to that I need to consume around 1500 calories a day to lose weight.  I tried several diets including LA weight loss and I gained 35 pounds in a month. so i went back to my old routine.  I have tried the herbal life thing and gained weight as well.  I have also spoke with my doctor.  he checked my thyriod and blood sugar and everything was normal.  I have always been active but heavy around the mid section (I am carring 2 Dunlop spare tires around my belly) what can I do. can any one help me out

I know it's been a long time since you posted this, but have you had your thyroid checked? Gaining weight while you're on a low calorie diet like the LA Weight Loss one sounds like a tip off that there might be something going wrong physically that's preventing you from losing weight and making it so easy to gain. Hey, before we go any further I want you to know that I'm not "spamming" you. I actually took the time to type this and not just copy and pasted it.
