    I understand how you feel. Im in the 200s now and i just recently lost weight from joining this 90 day health challenge. Ive been taking these shakes that are meal replacements and they are kosher and diabetic friendly. If you want i can get you some info about it so you can see if its for you or not. How are your eating habits and exercise habits. Research foods that will help boost your metabolism and get a buddy that will workout with you and that would be a stepping stone. If you have lost that much weight before than you can do it again. You can do anything you put your mind too:-) Good luck on everything and hopefully you will find something that will work for your.....Peace, love and many blessings!
