    It's true we are all beautiful but being obese or too overweight is very unhealthy and it's very hard to work out, most people absolutely hate the thought of it, I know I do, and eating healthy is hard too but there are things that make it easier and that work!

    Everytime I go out, I always compare myself to the skinnier girls. I'm in my thirties, 5'2 and 170! I never go out because I tear up my room and waste time looking for something to wear. I'm glad to have a job that requires scrubs! I would like to lose weight, but can't get motivated! There's so many diet pills, shakes, Weightloss injections, and teas that I get overwhelmed!! Where do I start??

    First of all, I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL! Girl! I am 20 yrs old and going to be 21... I weigh well over 200lbs and it kills me everytime I look in the mirrow. Funny thing is, I dont even care a little bit if I "look pretty" to other ppl, I just want to feel pretty! My man tells me I am but I don't believe him because I am not blind, I see in the mirror the truth! I have a great diet & exercise plan but it's so hard to stick to as for personal reason i am depressed and stress eating all the time! I too feel like a monster... I do cry about it all the time... & i know it must be hard when people say "dont care what ppl think" & "plus size is sexy" & "accept yourself for who you are" because theres a personal war going on inside and everything is easier said then done! But the truth is, you are beautiful, every women is beautiful!! You are iportant to you, and its something to be proud of. If you learn to love yourself for your heart soul and mind and truely know and understand that no one in your life is more imporatant than you, it will be easier to accept yourself and to feel good about urself, and once u do that, the depression will slowly fade away, the worry of being "perfect" will realese you, and when you decide that you are who is important you can start and maintain a healthy diet. You have to tell yourself, "Its a lifestyle change" it's not going to happen over night but would you rather think to yourself "im never going to be skinny/pretty/hot" everyday and eat because "one more bite isnt going to make a difference right now" or.... would you like to be sitting down at christmas time thinking "im glad i made that change all those months ago? Look to other blogs on this webpage and youll find motivation and encouragement and i believe you will be pleasently surprised!! hang in there!!

    Be happy with what you have! You can be anything you want to be and don't compare yourself to "skinny" people. Everyone has something they want to change in their life. Look at everything you don't want to change. Be happy with who you are! Do something exciting with your life and don't look back.

    Sometimes being overweight is a reflection of your emotional health. I have gained weight over the years and I know it's a reflection of my unhappiness. I have turning to food to make me happy rather than using it in a healthy way. Of course the weight gain only makes me more depressed so it's kind of a circle. The number one thing for me for weight control is exercise. I find that if i'm fit I look good even carrying a few extra pounds. My body proportions change. And exercise also improves my mood which helps control my appetite.

    Your are beautiful and special and tell yourself that and believe it. I know who being "fat" feels because earlier this year i felt the same way. I couldnt stand looking at myself in the mirrow, i felt so unattrative and just ugh. I was at my biggest and i just couldnt accepts it and be ok with my weight. My aunt told me about this 90 day health challenge that she joined to help her lose that extra weigt she had and from looking at her and seeing the result form it i had to try it. So now that i joined the challenge ive went from 220 to 210 and ive lost 3 pants sizes. I dont want to be skinny like these chicks on tv but i want to be a healthy weight and i just want to feel pretty and not worry about if my stomach is shaking while i walk. Being "fat" is hard to deal with emotionally and physically and society dont make it any better but you just have to really want it and you have to think differently about your eat habit and start to exercise. Find a workout buddy who will walk with you for 30 mins and that will be a stepping stone to something else. If you want to know more about what i did then please let me know and i will be more than happy to inform you about it. But i hope that your will find something that will workout for you and you can do anything you put your mind to :-) Peace love and many blessings!

    dealing with over weight is hard is not something you are going to loose right away there is only 4 simple steps a friend told me they are similar to what magh2 said 8 hr sleep, drink lots of water, exercise (start by just walking) and eat vegetables the only this is try not to critizise your body very often try to forget about those extra pounds the more you think about it will drive you crazy just take it easy results come with time

    You are not any monster. You are overweight that's all. It takes a big effort to get weight off anyone's body. All you can do is start sleeping well and get very active with physical activities. Do exercise, long walks and some runs. If I were with you we could both do exercise together. It takes a lot of motivation and effort to lose weight, but you can do it. I am only a few pounds overweight and I feel really weak and lazy to do exercise, but I know that if I get active on it, I can lose all the weight I want. Yes! eating is part of it although is not as big as exercise. Anyways, you look wonderful to me. But if you want to lose weight, I am not against that. You would look very nice with less weight if that helps as any motivation to you. You are a beautiful person.

    after bein an addict for ten years an thus not eating i was stick thin but after changing my life after a head injury from the drugs i gained a **** load of weight ive been going to the gym but the weight isnt coming off as quickly as i hope but im jus tsick of bein a tub of lard like im huge im curvy big boobs big butt big stomache an i feel like a cow...

    i struggle with the same issue all my friends say im not fat..but what does that make them..anarexic? There all stick thin but i have lerned that i have to start to accept my body for they way it is a respect it before i can start working towards changing it. so far i have lost 8 pounds and it hasnt happend over night thats for sure but it has made me alot more happy as i now believe soon i will be the person i believe i really have been all along! it helps having support from your friends and family maby you should talk to them when the relise how truly unhappy you are im sure the will give u their support as long as you need it. just think og the person you want to be and believe you can be that person :)
