Tired Of Being In Pain!

My husband is on deployment, I am alone on the West coast with no family and two young children, have been in and out of hospitals that last month, and had tons of dental work. I am just really starting to get tired of being along and in pain all the time. It;s frustrating when no one can pinpoint all my pain and treat it. I can't take pain meds all the time because I am alone with my two little children and need to be there for them.
