Loney And No Friends

I have always been a loner not a real conversationalist, I was married he cheated on me was with a man who I thought loved me and he left me and went bac to his exwife. I have twin boys and they are wonderful but they have there friends and are off and then I'am alone. I don't know how to speak to people and when I do there not really interested in what I'm saying I just wish that I had someone to go out to the movies with take a ride or go shopping with. But I joined a hobby club and I just need to get out more, and try and do things by myself.
