Training For Silicon Valley Marathon
I am following Hal Higdon's plan Intermediate I at halhigdon.com. I have 2 more weeks until the marathon, and I'm really excited! I've already done all of my long runs (2 20 milers) so it's just basically waiting time now (besides staying in shape until the marathon).
Update: I ran it in a time of around 4:30! I was so happy! I plan on doing the SD Rock n Roll marathon next.
