One Of My 2013 Goals..

Is to drink more water. It's going to be pretty hard for me, considering I'm not fond of drinking it.

It's hard at first. Try getting MiO. It's a no calorie water flavoring. It's very good. Get yourself a largw water bottle and get in the habit of filling it up every morning. Once you get in the habit it get easier.
