we're all on a path to find happiness but I also think we put to much pressure on ourselfs to be happy. You know its ok to be sad sometimes don't beat yourself up so much, but when the sad times out do the happy times it may be a sign of depression, which is very common and I advise you go see someone about it sooner rather than later, loads of help is out there, I know I've walked and still am walking that path. But if you do find happiness take it from me grab it with both hands & hold it close!!! be happy peeps :D
