Its Gonna Be Hard But Someday I Will Succeed

i am a vegetarian with the last 11 years, i would love to become a vegan. I find myself quite low on energy being a vegetarian when i can find a good diet to keep i will happily become a vegan, hopefully that can be soon

there are many foods that contain B12 and there are vitimins that even meat eaters take to help make sure they are getting all the vitimins they need. try taking a good B12 suppliment. a mulitivitimin will not hurt either.<br />

if you are eating a balanced vegetarian or vegan diet you will get all the nutrition you need. <br />

i have found that most meat eaters are less healthy and do not get the nutrition they need.<br />

i find being vegan easy and satisfying. it is not hard to follow a vegan diet or to get the balanced nutrition you need. <br />

i have a B12 deficiency so its hard to keep on top of it all the time

I am truely shocked that you say you have a low engery level as a vegetarian. if you are eating a balanced veggie diet and not filling up on junk foods and sugar foods you should be feeling extra engery and have abundant stamia. <br />

I am strict vegetarian as close to vegan as i get. I am in my mid 50's and have more engery, better health and more endurance than when I was in my 30's.

I have been vegi for about 11years as well. I just started the vegan thing about a wek ago. Good luck!
