I started my journey today to lose 28 kilos. I am turning 30 next month and am a mother of 4 and i have put on a lot of weight and to reach my ideal weight i need to drop 28kilos. I am doing this for my health, for my self esteem and confidence, and to set a healthy example for my children.
I started a vegan diet today to help detox my body and will also be doing cardio because a clean diet and cardio will burn fat.
I am sharing my experience that is starting today in hope of receiving support and motivation.
