Can't Find a Way

I read through some articles and everyone's answer for this problem is the same; family and friends and going out. Now I'm not close to my family at all and they hated my ex so they couldn't care less really, my friends just all faded out of my life, moved far away and don't seem to have the time for me anymore. If I go out to a bar I am afraid I'll get too depressed, drink too much and I'll end up doing something stupid :s

By the way, love your avatar.

Aw thank you so much red lady, even though I don't know you at all, it really helps to know someone took the time to read what I was feeling and care, cuz I can't talk to any family or friends, I guess keeping busy is the answer, I've been out of work for over a month now I need to stop moping around, get off my *** and do somethin about it, but thank you for being there, you've honestly brightened up my night : )

There is no easy way to heal a broken heart. There is only time. I have God and my children to see me through. I have found, also, that family and friends can be helpful to keep your mind busy. Beyond that, they tend to lack the experience or care that I place on my broken heart.
All I can tell you is that it helps to tell someone, even if it is here to a complete stranger.
Need to talk? Just give me a holler.
