I Am Seriously Overweight!First, way back when, I was about 130 and wanted to lose weight. Then I broke my stupid foot. I couldn't get around very well and my weight shot up 35 lbs. over the course of about 3 months.
My goal is to lose 65 lbs. I'm not sure how long it will take me. But even if it takes a long time, I'm going to do it. It will start by me starting this job I just got at Macy's, which requires a lot of running around (so I'm told). I love being active! I'm also going to start drinking a lot more water, so that I don't eat as much.
Sound like a good plan to start with? I do exercise as well.
