Advice Question

How do you distinguish between real hunger and enjoying the food? How do you distinguish between boredom and hunger? How do you break out of the clean plate club?

having self control is important (thats step 1) never get seconds eat 1 plate full but only 1 and therefore thats all you get you wont die if u just feel hungry, (the purpose of food is nourishment) so after you eat wait 20 min and drink a big glass of water . (there is a 20 min lag bettween your stomach and your brain thats how people can stuff themselves ) and if u can find a healthy snack that u like eat as much as you like and be sure to eat either one of the three meals a day and/or snack every 2hr that will keep ur matabolism going ( remember just say no) good luck
