Had A Baby And Got A Loan.

When I was younger I was very active, with school sports and martial arts. Then, due to personal reasons, I left school and gave up my martial arts hobby. I then had my son, at the age of 17, and in quick succession got a loan of £6000, I covered the stuff I needed to pay but then it was a life of fast food, whatever we wanted to eat, we did, because we could afford it.
Now I just can't seem to get back on track. I lost some weight last year, but my jeans from there don't fit me anymore. So today is snapping point, I will lose weight, I think some motivation to keep at it would be helpful, my partner doesn't thin I need to, and tries to get me to eat food that I like and is unhealthy, I appreciate his love but i need to do this.I'm also worried about loose skin.
This is my story!

I think you are right to be worried about healthy food for yourself and child You don't have to give up everything occassionally its OK to have small take out unless you go on a drastic diet then don't think you will have problems with loose skin.Reduce the size of meals by using a slightly smaller plate and get your child outside in fresh air for exercise, playing games going for walks or if you both ride bikes go out on them.Good for both and if you can get partner involved then its a bonus for you all.
