    I think you are right to be worried about healthy food for yourself and child You don't have to give up everything occassionally its OK to have small take out unless you go on a drastic diet then don't think you will have problems with loose skin.Reduce the size of meals by using a slightly smaller plate and get your child outside in fresh air for exercise,playing games going for walks or if you both ride bikes go out on them.Good for both and if you can get partner involved then its a bonus for you all.
