Well so far I've lost 30 lbs.. I use to weigh about 230 lbs. It's not that I'm really trying to lose weight but it's just happened recently. I've started working full time lately. And on days I work I hardly eat anything because of my nerves are up which in return I don't have the desire to eat. And my job consist of me being on my feet the biggest part of the day. So I'm sweating and burning off all the calories while I'm walking. And I do this everyday except two days a week. On those two days I'm off I stay active doing something around the house. So you might as well say I exercise everyday. And I've cut back on snacking alot and also too I'm not much of a sweet person so that helps out alot. At work I drink alot of water to keep myself hydrated. I'd like to at least get down to 130 lbs. or I'd settle for 140 lbs.. The good part is I never went over 230 lbs.. I'd either weigh about 220, 215 or go back down to 230 lbs.. It always helps me to keep myself occupied because when I'm bored I think about food. And when I think about food I eat. One thing that helps me every night is that I listen to my Ipod. It keeps my mind off of wanting to eat. I guess what I'm saying is find something you're interested in and focus on that and it helps out alot to keep your mind off the cravings.
