I'm sitting here trying to get the enegry to start my weigth-loss program. I can't get out and walk it's raining like crazy. My heart feels really heavy for some reason today. I really think i'm feeling this way because i with all my heart want to have a closer relationship with my Father in heaven and it's not happining the way or as fast as i'd like it to be. So it's putting me in a bit of sad mood which i then begin to eat what-ever. I'm 56 5" 2 i weight 200 and hate every bit of it.
