Hi, im Kee and im looking for help and advice. Im 14 and i weigh 228 pounds. Honestly, i dont look like i weight that much but i can feel it. My freshman year of highschool was horrible because i couldnt find a dress that would fit me properly so I didnt go. Which made me even more depressed than i already am. I play softball for my school and we're startingto have practice Mon. - Fri. after school until about 5:30 after practice we always run so, i have the excercising down . I just need help with the eating now. Its January 21 and i need to get fit for September 24 ( Thats next years homecoming) . Please help me. What do i need to do?
