    It sounds like you are pretty healthy except with maybe how much you eat. Try to eat 3 meals a day because you need that fuel for your body for energy to workout and to burn fat. Everyone has problem areas(mines is my stomach too) but you need to work all your muscles not just that area, your body will start to lose the body fat where it needs to so long as you incorporate a full body workout including strength training otherwise you will have muscle and water loss instead of just losing fat.       Thanks I normally only eat once a day n drink water the rest cause I never have any time

      I know what you mean, I go through stages of forgetting to eat and not having time but I try to make it a priority. You could think about prepairing something quick and easy to eat on the go at night or whenever you have a little time. Even if its just buying some nuts, dried fruit they give you lots of energy and nutrients and are good for filling you up a bit on the go. Just some suggestions, it is more important that you eat when you have a busy lifestyle though.

    Find some type of cardo workout (walking, running, swimming, cycling) and to it for 1 hour 5 times a week. If you can go to the gym that will help too. Remember weight lose is a two headed monster. Reduce intake and increase output.
