I am 18 years old I weigh 135 pounds, I have stomach fat which I hate. I only eat once maybe twice a day and I recently just started to use an ab lounge to try to tighing my stomach fat. I feel like nothing is working my parents went on a diet this past week and have already lost 5 pounds and all they are doing is eating one thing (which is nasty). I don't drink sodas, I drink water when I am not at home and homemade tea when I am. I really do not eat fried food except when my parents cook it, and I don't eat fast food much maybe once or twic a month. I am not sure what to do anymore and I would LOVE to lose 20 pounds and have a tighter stomach by the end of April can anyone help me please!!!!
