Good Bye Extra Weight!! - That's What I Want To Say

Ever since I remember, I've belonged to the "fat people" group.
When I was 6 years old, my grandma put me on a diet, and from then on, I've lived in a constant tug-o-war.
During the summers, which I spent with grandma, I used to lose many pounds, and I got back home, and somehow, I gained that weight again, over, and over, and over, over the years. Until my grandma gave up on me!! Well, more like she didn't want to be remembered as the Evil Grandmother who didn't let me eat anything.
So, I grew up, and I became more and more obese.
This January (2012) I weighted 222 pounds (OMG, I know!), and I'm only 5'3... so just imagine me...!
Now, I decided it was too much, and that I had to do something... but I didn't really do anything.
By July, I started to walk everyday, and also to drink as much water as I could and, without really noticing, I weight now 185 pounds!!
I still have a loooong way to go, but I am trying now to add more exercise and also to eat healthy food instead of all the junk food that I (sadly) adore.

Keep up the good work! You'll reach your goal and are more likely to keep it off because you're losing at a slow and steady pace :)

I really hope you keep at it. I got to the point you're at just by eating a bit healthier too, but I just could not find the drive to continue. I wish for you that you keep your momentum.
