I Rapidly Put On Weight After My Last Major Breakup And Now Have Strech Marks.

I was so upset after my last major breakup that I used food as a way to cope. I was happy with my weight before the breakup, but now a lot of my clothes do not fit since I've gained so much weight. Also, since I have gained so much I have required stretch marks along my lower abdomen. That makes me feel horrible about myself whenever I do see them. Is there any advice out there that can help me get rid of the marks and lose weight healthily? I'd like to get back down to 130 or even 122 which is my goal weight. I'm 5'5'' so that range is perfect for my height.
