Getting Hard Now

I really want to lose weight the healthy way. I have been working out and watching what I'm eating. I have the app my fitness pal. And that helps you have people who can help motivate you and you can track what you ate and your exercise. But these pass couple of days have been very hard. Slipping back in to old habits. Starving, bingeing, purging. It's really starting to be a struggle. And I really want to go down the right path to losing weight.
