I'm Ready

Today I've made the firm choice to get off my fat *** and do something about my weight. I'm not going to lose weight by sitting on my tablet all day. OK yes I do clean house, try keeping up with three kids, and have a great sex life with my boyfriend, but it don't seem to be enough. Time to step it up. Gonna cut out a lot of foods, codas, sweets, gonna switch to whole grain, drink a lot of water, exercise, be more active. Just so tired of feeling like this and looking like this. I know with a lot of motivation and help from my man, family, friends and my Lord I CAN and WILL do this. Goodbye 225 pounds, time to lose 75 pounds and get to your goal weight of 150! Let's get started:)
