Fat--so?

I need to lose about 100 pounds. I hate it when people say "all you have to do is eat less and exercise more." If it were that easy, I'd have done it already. I do have some issues surrounding food. I hate when people who have never had a weight problem in their life try to advise, and also when people look at me like I'm a less good person because I'm heavy.

Well it is that easy in the sense that all you have to do to quit heroin is just not take heroin anymore.
Your eating problems, whatever they are, are a very real illness and you need to address them to protect your health. Have you been to counseling? We all have our issues, and we're all broken in one way or another...but most issues can be resolved with work.
Of course you're not any less worthwhile because of the physical size of your body. I'm sorry you've encountered unkindness.
If you don't change your eating patterns but start to get exercise, you will still lose weight unless there is another medical problem. One of the very best exercises for the signifcantly overweight or people with other health concerns is to get a standing bicycle pedals that you can use from any chair or couch. They are available most places, I saw one at Walmart this week. Start very slowly, for five minutes. Do it every day. Every three days increase one minute. In two weeks you will have already started to improve your health.
It isn't impossible, and you sound like you might not be happy. It is a challenge...take your time and find your way through it, seek the support of others, and best of luck to you. Feel free to PM me if you like.
